What is the minimum rental period for long-term rentals?
The minimum rental period for our long-term rental program is 2 weeks. This policy applies to all vehicles rented for more than two weeks.
What happens if I return the vehicle earlier than agreed?
If you return the vehicle before the agreed rental period ends, the first full week’s rental charge is non-refundable. Any remaining eligible rental amount, after applicable charges, will be refunded in accordance with our rental agreement.
How much does a long-term rental cost?
For long-term rentals, rates start from $70 per day. The final rental rate may vary depending on the vehicle selected, rental duration, and availability.
What is the minimum age requirement to rent a vehicle?
The minimum age to rent and drive one of our vehicles is 18 years. Please note that younger drivers may be subject to an additional insurance premium and a higher insurance excess in the event of an accident.
Do we provide roadside assistance?
Yes. All of our rental vehicles include 24/7 roadside assistance for added peace of mind. Along with comprehensive insurance coverage, our drivers have access to roadside support in the event of a mechanical breakdown or emergency during the rental period.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept credit and debit cards for all rentals. For long-term rentals, we also offer convenient recurring payment options, including Bank State Branch (BSB) and Account Number direct debit, allowing rental payments to be processed automatically on the agreed schedule. This ensures a secure and hassle-free payment experience throughout your rental period.
